Why we close on time
- To finalize printing, badges, and seating plans without chaos.
- To lock menus/quantities (teams prefer serving people, not probabilities).
- To keep it fair for those who paid and registered on time.
Already registered? Here’s what happens next
- Your receipt and details are being verified by the team.
- You’ll get a confirmation email with your status and event-day instructions.
- If anything looks off, reply to that email with your registration number and receipt.

Please hold on to your payment proof. If you didn’t complete the form before the deadline, we can’t guarantee entry — but we’ll help you with next steps via email if applicable.
“Will there be on-spot registrations?”
Yes, but only if we have seats left after processing all pre-registrations.
- Bring your confirmation email (this is your proof of registration).
- Keep your payment receipt (digital or printed) handy.
- Carry a valid ID (Student Card/CNIC).
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in.
- Dress code: smart casual / professional.
- Presenters: bring what you need (poster/USB/slides) as per your acceptance email’s instructions.
